The SANDERMATIC is an automatic carousel shot blasting machine with a synchronized continuous monorail, based on a closed oval transit circuit. Its core is continuous loading: while the pieces located inside the vault are being bombarded by the centrifugal impact, the operator loads or unloads the pieces outside. As there are no pauses in the rotation of the carousel, the theoretical productivity of the line reaches its highest possible thermal and kinetic limit.
