Gemini is FICEP's flagship for metal plates; a pure gantry CNC automated system optimized to master plates of colossal dimensions. Instead of pushing tons of steel down the roller, Gemini travels gracefully across the static plate, drilling with 58 kW of torque or gutting steel with powerful dual Hypertherm torches. Zero vibrations, zero drops and hyper-strict tolerances.

General Description
Gemini is FICEP's flagship for metal plates; a pure gantry CNC automated system optimized to master plates of colossal dimensions. Instead of pushing tons of steel down the roller, Gemini travels gracefully across the static plate, drilling with 58 kW of torque or gutting steel with powerful dual Hypertherm torches. Zero vibrations, zero drops and hyper-strict tolerances.

- CNC Operating Arsenal: Floating cradle changers with up to 24 positions per head.
- The entire operating table (Scrap) is insulated with suction and slag cleaning hoods.
